The following terms and conditions apply to all use of the THE VAULT website. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change any terms at any point of time without prior notification.
|| O R D E R I N G ||
All orders will be packed and shipped out within 3 working days after purchase. An order confirmation, inclusive of tracking information, will be sent to the customer by email once the order has been shipped out.
Customers are to ensure that they have updated their PayPal or credit card addresses. THE VAULT will only ship out purchased orders to the given address, therefore not liable for purchases delivered to the incorrect address.

All prices on the webstore are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
The Vault reserves the right to amend prices on the webstore at any point of time.
All transactions are safely secured by the PayPal online payment system. However, a PayPal account is not required as all major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping Rates apply to all orders.

Exchanges are only permitted in the event of a shipping error, defective item, or sizing issue. For exchanges, please contact us within 3 working days upon receiving your order. Products must be unused and in mint condition. Refunds are not provided for our purchased products.

In the unlikely event your order does not arrive after a maximum of 14 working days, do contact us at [email protected]. We will take action to trace your order. Do include your PayPal transaction number and the shipment tracking number when referring to an order.
